We loved working with Mike Cozby! As first-time home buyers in a new city, my husband and I were very nervous. Mike's experience in the industry and knowledge about the area were evident right away and he made us feel way more confident and excited about the whole process. At one point, we found a house we loved but it had leased solar panels, and Mike warned us about the hassle a solar contract can be. I was crazy about the house so I did a lot of research about it and Mike helped by communicating with the owner's realtor. In the end we decided to pass up the house because the solar panels really did present a huge liability. I appreciated that Mike offered his advise but also supported us as we sought more information. If you want a realtor who can advise you and also be your friend and advocate, Mike is your guy.

Bought a Single Family home in 2018 in Tierra oeste, Albuquerque, NM. Mike Cozby is the man! My wife and I are first-time home-buyers and Mike was the perfect realtor for us: knowledgeable, patient, responsive, and kind. It all started last August when my wife and I traveled to Albuquerque to hunt for houses. We arrived with no realtor and an nebulous idea of what we wanted. Over several days we met with, toured houses with, and talked with several different realtors. We came away with us both agreeing that Mike was our man and a good idea of what part of the city we wanted to look at more closely. Over the next several months while we were out of state, Mike Cozby was very responsive in answering our plethora of questions (everything from specific inspections to definitions of cryptic realtor terms). He always made sure to make himself available to us and our many questions. He also did a great job in keeping us up to date on the houses that were available that fit our criteria through MLS. When we visited Albuquerque to house-shop in earnest, Mike met up with us again and spent a lot of time going through the list of houses we had assembled. One of the best thing Mike did for us while house hunting was scrutinize every house we entered, pointing out pros and cons but remaining impartial. When we found the house we loved, he started immediately in drafting the offer. By the end of the day our offer was accepted! But it didn't stop there. After we had an accepted offer, Mike continued to keep an eye on the timeline and make sure that no documents nor signatures fell through the cracks. We will absolutely be doing business with Mike Cozby again.

Bought and sold a home in 1999 in Loop, TX. In 1999 I contacted Mike Cozby in the hopes of selling our house and purchasing a new one. He was more than willing to help us. In no time he had my husband and I on the road to find our house, it's the house we call our home today. Mike explained everything to us and was able to negotiate at great price and he was also able to sell our other house within a certain time frame because we needed the money for our new home as a down payment. His patience, expertise, and awesome personality was a huge part in the buying and selling of both homes. A few years later in 2009 we called on him once again to help my son purchase his first home.
